If an order is returned to us by the courier or Royal Mail due to an incorrect address provided at the checkout, there will be a fee of £10 deducted from the refund. What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please refuse parcel and ask courier to mark as damaged for return. Please inform us as soon as possible
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to return anything, please inform us and return this item within 30 days of delivery. Any items returned with no information could result in delay in processing – Postage costs are to be met by the customer.
We will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products unused in original condition and packaging.
If in the unlikely event we have sent incorrect goods or the item develops a fault (within manufactural warranty), we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer.
